The first hour of appointment is to assist in what you may be entitled to claim from Centrelink. Our staff will carefully run through your individual circumstances, taking into account your current income and assets to establish the rate of Age Pension you should expect to receive. We may also offer suggestions to arrange your income and assets to ensure you receive the maximum pension you will be entitled to. We offer to provide our clients with a list of documents that may be required to make the claim process smoother.
We complete your Nominee form and other forms required and submit your online claim on your behalf. We ensure documentation are uploaded into your Centrelink file with your claim. Through regular and active communication, we ensure that any and all requests from Centrelink that you receive or we receive are dealt with as soon as possible so that your claim is processed efficiently.
When a claim is granted, even when it is not, we call and explain the process of the claim. You can call us with any Centrelink queries you may have in the upcoming year. You also have the opportunity to come and see us for an appointment at any time if you prefer.
